My Story
Hello everyone, I am Veena, the founder and baker of Batter Theory. I was always fascinated by baking and cooking, and tried to experiment with different ingredients and recipes every now & then. The curiosity & passion for food led me to pursue food technology, which helped me understand the science and nuances of various ingredients, cooking & baking techniques. After completing my master’s, I wanted to start my home baking business. Hence, BATTER THEORY was established in 2020.

At Battery Theory, we believe in serving fresh and quality cakes and desserts. We work on a prior order bases, especially for customized orders. We not only satisfy your craving,or make your occasions a little more special with our sweet creations, but we also handcraft every order with attention to detail.
